Privacy Policy

⚠️ Review before publishing. This is a sensible starting template that assumes a minimal-data, NimbleBit-style game (no accounts, no personal data collected by us). You must make it match what your apps actually do — in particular, if you add an analytics SDK, ads, or crash reporting, those third parties collect data and must be disclosed here and in your App Store privacy "nutrition label." When unsure, have a professional review it.

This policy explains how TN92 ("we", "us") handles information in our games: Cricket Club Manager, Tennis Coach: Career Sim, and Pocket Fleet: Spaceship Sim (the "Games").

The short version

We built these Games to be played, not to harvest your data. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information that identifies you.

Information we collect

Game progress is stored on your device and, if you have it enabled, in your private Apple iCloud — we cannot see it.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details; Apple shares only anonymized, aggregate sales data with us.

Diagnostics. Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and performance data if you have opted in to sharing it with developers in your iOS settings. This is not linked to your identity.

Third-party services

If a Game includes analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services, those providers may collect device and usage information under their own privacy policies. Any such services in use will be listed here and reflected in the App Store privacy details for that Game. (Currently: none.)

Children

Our Games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can stop all data processing by deleting a Game. You can reset Apple's advertising identifier and limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security on your device.

Changes

We may update this policy as our Games evolve. We'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
